… Challenges Faceless Group Group To Name PDP Leaders That Rejected Hon Simple
The attention of a group within the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Egbeda Local Government area of Oyo State, Egbeda First Vanguard (EFV) has been drawn to a beer parlour content sponsored on an online news platform by a group of political jobbers who are reportedly loyal to Hon Busari Olayemi.
In the poorly written content, the faceless group who claimed to be PDP leaders in Egbeda Local Government attempted to malign the personality of Hon Ibrahim Oladebo Simple who has been adjudged as the best performing councilor across the 351 wards in Oyo State.
Reacting to the statement credited to the political jobbers and dealers who claimed to be the leaders of the PDP in Egbeda, Comrade Ismail Adebayo challenged the sponsors of the content to mention the leaders who purported sat and rejected Hon Simple as the Councilorship candidate of Ward 10 in Egbeda.
“Any attempt to thwart the progress and development of ward 10 by leaders who lack integrity will be resisted.
“We have had enough of them, we don’t engage in beer parlour discussions with those whose means of livelihoods are questionable, people that do not have second address, people that had since lost touch with reality.
“We are more than determined to defend the mandate freely given to the leader of Egbeda Legislative House, Hon Ibrahim Oladebo Simple.
“He is a perfect gentleman who has continued to compliment the efforts of the Executive Chairman.
“We challenge them to produce evidence where Hon Simple said he was not interested in returning as a councilor in 2024. “
“We use this medium to appeal to the State Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party to as a matter of urgency call off the bluffs of those marauders claiming to be PDP leaders in Egbeda.”
