He said during these period, it’s remains in record that it was only Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state alone that identified so much with the youth and handled the case with utmost Integrity and sincerity, in that vein, the youth had expressed readiness to cast their vote for governor Seyi Makinde once more, come 2023.

While Speaking on the political atmosphere in Oyo State, he maintained that there is no candidate from the opposition today with the goodwill to unseat Seyi Makinde, “the government of governor Seyi Makinde has placed premium on delivering good governance to the people of Oyo state, that’s why some people call him a populist, now the people are ready to reciprocate his uncommon act by re-electing him in 2023” He said.

While Speaking on the presidential candidate of the party being from the North, He said ” This time around, Nigeria doesn’t need a president from either the east, west or the north, we need a president for all Nigerians, the APC administration was so tribal and enthno-centric that series of self determination movement erupted again, the pioneer agitator fir Biafra, Ojukwu once contested to be president of this country, hence, the need for us to believe in the project Nigeria and work in harmony to make it work”

“The PDP administration of Obasanjo, Yar’adua and Goodluck Jonathan was nationalistic, we didn’t heard of anything like self determination movement, bit it is obvious that APC doesn’t have the competency to rule a complex state like Nigeria, hence the failure”

“Atiku has a record of Nationwide acceptability, he’s the northerner who’s well loved in the South South, South East as well as the South West, he’s the only man at the moment who has the capacity to rule Nigeria as a Nigerian “

While talking about the possible casualty tye emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the presidential flag bearer of the APC in the forthcoming election, he said Tinubu’s candidacy won’t be any threat to PDP in the southwest as Tinubu hasn’t represented the Yoruba race so well despite his capacity in this current federal government, the people knows who’s their own and they know who had come to their aid in their time of need, they’ll act accordingly when the time comes.

On the crisis rocking the PDP in the state, Hon. Micheal Ogunsina maintain that those who left the party had left the party in spirit for over two years, so their defections were very much expected but we’ve been having an unexpected inflow of big names and influential people into the party recently, the governor in his magnanimity is employing every internal measure to resolved crisis in the party.

A caller who called in on the program said those fighting the governor are not doing in the interest of the people but for their own persona interest, those fighting the governor were not doing so because the governor hasn’t built road or he hasn’t beefed up security in the state, governor Seyi Makinde is here to serve the people and the people are going to stand by him
